Hi Ann, Amy!
Just a quick note to say hi and let you know that today is Lexie's 10th brithday!!
She's doing wonderfully, does not seem to have slowed down much, and continues to enjoy lots of pampering. She is a devoted snuggler, keeper of stuffed "babies" and enthusiastic snacker of carrots, and really all fruits and veggies, and LOVES her chicken dinners!
What a dear old girl she is-she wins the heart of everyone who crosses her path, including those who aren't dog lovers!
Baby Lulu turned 3 in June and is finally settling down to be a good girl, albeit still and always her "mama's girl."
They finally appear to have made their peace--Lexie finally has accepted that she is no longer the alpha Mother in Chief, and that seems to satisfy Lulu sufficiently to allow them to tolerate one another peacefully, which makes ME very happy! Baby gates are down and they now both roam at will, attending me from room to room!
Hoping all is well in Gold-Rush land!
