We are happy to present Gold Rush Lord Macallen, reclining on his sofa after a hard day of leaving Mom, brothers, sisters and flying to his new home in Naperville. (For those who have been to our home, please note that the sofa is perfectly coordinated to the colors in our home! As they should be!)

I want you to know how much I am enjoying the book. I went on your website to see about ordering a second copy so Bob and I can read at the same time, and saw you get it through Amazon. It is just loaded with great information and so incredibly easy to read. I think it would be a great gift for anyone with a new puppy, golden or not.

Puppy doing great. He is a really sweet dog, adjusting well. We wondered how far was too far for him to walk - saw last night book said 1/4 mile is far for a puppy his age. That kind of information is just so important to know and priceless. My brother wanted us to come down to St. Louis for Thanksgiving and said he would keep his dogs confined (two goldens and one shepard) but not having any additional shots, stress of travel and environment, I said we just can't do that with Macallen being just 10 weeks at that time.
