Dear Ann,

For some time now, I have been meaning to tell you how delighted Elizabeth

and I are with Otis, whom we bought from you as a puppy in July 2005. He is

breathtakingly handsome (people routinely stop and remark on his looks) and is

a remarkably sweet, gentle, and loving dog. We couldn't be happier. Thank

you.

Your breeding lines must be quite distinctive. I was walking Otis in Los

Angeles last summer when a woman walking another very good-looking golden

stopped, looked at Otis, and said, simply, "Gold Rush?" She shows her golden

and knows your work.
